What’s your return policy?

Please review the sizing chart prior to making your selection. Items ordered in incorrect sizes cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are eligible for refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive misprinted/damaged/defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@orleethreads.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and start the refund process.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If you believe this to be the case with something you ordered, please contact us at info@orleethreads.com within one week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. If we find mislabeling to be the error, we will issue you a refund or send you a new item.
